Attend Convention for FREE!!!
Well, this is an exciting bit of news that was recently released:
Anyone who purchased the Starter Kit since July 1, 2013 and stays active until at least July, 2014, can register to attend the Annual Stampin' Up! Convention for FREE!! That means your convention registration is paid for, not travel expenses, but it is a FABULOUS opportunity for you to go to Salt Lake City, tour the Riverton Home Office, take classes from the fabulous people who help make Stampin' Up! what it is! I have loved going to Convention the three times I have gone. It is so much fun!
More details will be coming soon, but for now, keep it in mind as Sale-a-Bration comes up. During Sale-a-Bration, you get to select $190 worth of products for only $125 (usually you get to select $155 worth of products for $125).
It's a great deal because you pick what you want AND you can work towards staying active (you only need to submit $400 a quarter which is not hard at all - I can help you with that!!) so you can attend Convention for FREE!
Anyway, it's a fabulous opportunity so keep it in mind!! :)

Shelli Gardner
Shelli Gardner is the CEO and co-founder of Stampin' Up!. She is a delightful person. She is full of love and emotion and you feel good just being around her.
I have met her and had my picture taken with her many times over the past 8 years and she has an incredible way of making you feel like the most important person in the world when you talk with her.
This week she had a serious horseback riding accident and will require months of therapy before she is back to her regular level of activity.

Here is a fun picture of Shelli and I this summer. This was taken just before the one I posted about a month ago. She and I were sharing a little funny moment about something that happened just before I spoke with her and I love this picture because it captured the tone of our chat perfectly.
Thinking of you, Shelli! Sending you warm, loving, healing thoughts!

"Season of Style" Scrapbook project
Hi,
Here's another fabulous video that shows great new products in the Holiday Catalogue!
The products shown are the 8x8 Seasonal Stripes Album, the 8x8 Divided Page Protectors and the Season of Style Journaling Tags.
This style of scrapbooking is perfect for the BUSY person (I think that's everyone, isn't it??). It's really about documenting life. It's about keeping the memories and jotting down quick ideas. It's something your whole family can be part of.
It's a kind of scrapbooking that I think I can manage! :)

"Season of Style" Holiday Planner/Organizer
I know, I know, it's WAY too early to start thinking about Christmas, but I wanted to show you this video which showcases NEW products in the Holiday Catalogue! This and That!
Stampin' Up! has just introduced a brand new product line and I'm really excited about it!!!
Have you heard of "Smash Journals"? If not, don't worry! If you have, well, Stampin' Up! has come up with their own product line that fits with this trendy kind of journalling/scrapbooking technique and I can't wait to get mine!
They are calling it "This and That" and I have already ordered my bundle of products! I'm going to put it beside my bed to add to a bit each night and I'm going to work hard to remember to pop it into my purse and work on it while the boys are at art or gym classes!

This is a non-stamping related post. Lydia Fiedler (Understand Blue is her blog name) posted this on her blog the other day and I thought it was important to share. Many of us get caught on our machines for long periods of time. I sure do.
Have a great day - take a break from the computer and make a card or go for a walk or bake something yummy or go for dinner with a friend!
